Project Management is one of Charrette’s core services. Construction project management involves the application of methods and techniques (PRINCE2, PMI) to achieve the cost, timing and quality of work, as well as other objectives of the construction project.
IT IS IMPORTANT TO KNOW, “… the right decision, apart from the main task, usually solves a number of concomitants”. Therefore, by engaging in the project an independent Project Management Company, the Client, in addition to achieving the expected project performance:
- saves time investing in your own business
- should not be absorbed in the details of construction processes
- do not need to create his own construction department or detract from the main responsibilities of your employees in order to run the project
- provides transparency of financial documentation coming from contractors
- avoids unnecessary expenses through the use of company experience
- optimizes design documentation through analysis of solutions by company specialists
- receives professional advice and consultancy
Charrette’s Project Managers have experience managing projects of varying complexity and specificity, which is supported by our company through training and certification of RICS standards (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors – an international professional body that sets standards for construction and development, London 1868).
